Plans change — we get it. Cancel up to 24 hours before your tour’s start time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable, and no-shows aren’t eligible for a refund. If you need to reschedule instead of cancel, just reach out and we’ll do our best to find a new date that works.
